Welcome to products and the products and services we provide.
Before completing registration or using product services in any way, please carefully read and fully understand these product service terms (the "Service Terms"), and choose whether to accept them after confirming that you understand them. To protect your rights and interests ("User"), please carefully read all contents of this User Service Agreement (the "Agreement") before using 's network services and products, including but not limited to websites, apps, and other platforms. Once you complete "agree to the terms and register" or otherwise begin using services, you confirm that you have clearly read and agree to be bound by these Service Terms.
I. Confirmation and Acceptance of the Agreement
1. The DuckIP product service terms constitute a valid contract between you and Shanghai Shuhong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shuhong Intelligent Technology" or "we") regarding your use of DuckIP services, including API links, account registration services, and related offerings. DuckIP products include the DuckIP website and related products, interfaces, and technical services provided on the website.
2. By clicking to accept this Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to all contents of this Agreement. This Agreement takes legal effect when you agree to it. Please read carefully, fully understand each term, and choose whether to accept this Agreement. If you object to any term or content of this Agreement, please stop registering for or using the network services we provide.
3. After a user signs this Agreement, its content may be modified due to the development of the internet, changes in relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, or the business development needs of DuckIP. DuckIP will publish the modified agreement directly on the website or by other reasonable means, and such publication is deemed to be notice of the modifications. When using services or products provided by DuckIP, users should promptly review and understand updated terms and comply with them. If a user objects to the modified agreement, the user should immediately stop using all services and products provided by DuckIP; if the user logs in to use online services or continues using DuckIP products, the user is deemed to have accepted the modified agreement.
4. Any statements, notices, warnings, or similar content made by DuckIP in various ways regarding the use of certain specific services or products shall be deemed part of this Agreement. Users who use such services or products provided by DuckIP are deemed to agree to those statements, notices, or warnings.
II. User Account and Password Security
1. You confirm that when you complete registration or actually use the Services in any other way permitted by DuckIP, you are a natural person, legal person, or other organization with full civil rights capacity and full civil conduct capacity ("you"). If you are a minor or a person with limited civil conduct capacity, you do not have the foregoing eligibility, and you and your guardian shall bear all consequences arising from improper registration.
2. After recognizing and accepting this Agreement, users may choose an unused phone number or email address as the account and set a password for protection. Usernames or nicknames must comply with online ethics and relevant laws and regulations.
3. You shall provide accurate account information as required by laws and regulations or page prompts, and update it in a timely manner so that it is true, current, complete, and accurate. If the information you provide is incorrect, false, outdated, or incomplete, DuckIP may send inquiries and/or correction notices, and you shall cooperate with our requests to provide or update relevant information. You shall bear the consequences and losses caused by false, untimely, incomplete, or inaccurate information, including failure to use your DuckIP account, failure to register successfully, account freeze or cancellation, or other consequences during use.
4. For the activation of certain products or services, DuckIP may require you to provide additional identity materials and information for further identity authentication or qualification verification. Your account may use the relevant products or services only after passing such authentication and verification.
5. Under normal circumstances, your DuckIP account is your sole identity for all activities on the DuckIP website. Unless otherwise agreed, each DuckIP account may independently conduct activities on this website. However, DuckIP may, based on its own judgment, handle multiple DuckIP accounts belonging to the same and/or related legal subject uniformly, including where DuckIP determines from registration, login, or usage-related information that different accounts actually belong to the same user. Related information may include the same ID document, phone number, payment account, device, or address.
6. Users are obligated to properly safeguard and use the account, password, and other personal information obtained during registration, and shall bear legal responsibility for all activities and events conducted under the account. Users may not transfer, gift, or allow others to inherit their DuckIP account in any way. If DuckIP discovers or has reason to suspect that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, it may suspend or terminate network services without notice and without liability to the account user and/or user; resulting losses including communication interruption or clearing of user data and information shall be borne by the user.
7. DuckIP provides password recovery methods. If a user loses or forgets a password, the user may promptly apply to recover the account according to DuckIP's password recovery rules. If you discover unauthorized use of your DuckIP account and password, you should immediately notify DuckIP; DuckIP will assist you in freezing the account, changing the password, or applying other security settings. You understand that DuckIP requires reasonable time to act on your request, and DuckIP is not liable for consequences that occurred before action was taken or were caused by you, including any losses.
III. Account Freezing, Cancellation, and Appeal
3.1. Account freezing
Your DuckIP account, including all or part of its permissions or functions, may be frozen under the following circumstances, such as inability to use account API functions. DuckIP will notify you by email, site message, SMS, phone, or other methods:
3.1.1. Based on the needs of DuckIP website or service operation and transaction security, if you engage in or may engage in conduct that disrupts or attempts to disrupt normal use or operation of DuckIP products, or use any name, brand, Chinese or English wording, numbers, domain names, or similar signs containing or suggesting DuckIP or its affiliates in a misleading way;
3.1.2. You violate these Service Terms, relevant rules or specifications of the DuckIP website, service descriptions, or other service agreements or terms;
3.1.3. You violate national laws, regulations, policies, or legal documents;
3.1.4. You are complained against by others, the complainant has provided relevant evidence, and you fail to provide contrary evidence as requested by us;
3.1.5. DuckIP reasonably determines through analysis that your account operations, earnings, redemptions, or similar activities are abnormal;
3.1.6. Freezing is required by a competent state authority;
3.1.7. DuckIP reasonably determines that you have engaged in other conduct of the same nature as the above or that creates similar risks.
3.2. Account cancellation
If any circumstance under Section 3.1 occurs and is serious, or if required by a competent state authority, your DuckIP account, including all or part of its permissions or functions, may be canceled. DuckIP will notify you by email, site message, SMS, phone, or other methods.
IV. Website Services and User Rules
You are entitled to enjoy internet technology services and information services provided by DuckIP through this website. At the same time, you shall fulfill responsibilities such as timely payment and service management in accordance with these Service Terms and the relevant terms and conditions confirmed when purchasing specific services.
When using DuckIP services, you shall confirm and undertake that:
4.1. When using DuckIP services, you will comply with national and local laws and regulations, industry practices, and public morality, and will not use services provided by DuckIP to store, publish, or disseminate the following information or content:
4.1.1. Any content or information that violates national laws, regulations, or policies;
4.1.2. Political propaganda and/or news information that violates national regulations;
4.1.3. Information involving state secrets and/or national security;
4.1.4. Superstitious, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or crime-inciting information;
4.1.5. Prize-based gambling, gambling games, or information violating national ethnic or religious policies;
4.1.6. Information that obstructs internet operation security;
4.1.7. Information or content that infringes others' legitimate rights and interests or harms social order, public security, or public morality;
4.1.8. You also undertake not to provide convenience for others to publish information or content that does not comply with national regulations and/or these Service Terms, including but not limited to setting URLs or banner links;
4.2. You shall not engage in any conduct that disrupts or attempts to disrupt network security, including using technical or other means to disrupt or interfere with this website or websites of other DuckIP customers;
4.3. Your use of DuckIP website services shall comply with these Service Terms. If you violate the above undertakings, DuckIP has the right to take measures such as deleting information, suspending services, or terminating services under relevant service terms, and may freeze or cancel part or all of your account functions.
V. Information Security Incidents
DuckIP manages information security incidents in accordance with national laws and regulations and relevant security incident handling standards. When an information security incident involving your relevant assets occurs, we will promptly notify you of the relevant circumstances by email, letter, phone call, push notification, or other methods in accordance with law. You may also contact us through support tickets, customer service phone, or account manager phone.
VI. Scope and Limitation of Liability
6.1. You understand and agree that you shall be responsible for any third-party claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Service Terms, or any action taken under your account. If DuckIP, its affiliates, employees, customers, or partners are subject to third-party claims as a result, you shall handle such claims and compensate DuckIP and its affiliates for all losses and liabilities suffered.
6.2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, DuckIP shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential losses related to or arising from these Service Terms.
6.3. DuckIP reminds you that you must comply with the laws of the People's Republic of China while using DuckIP services, must not endanger network security, and must not use DuckIP services to infringe others' reputation, privacy, intellectual property, or other legitimate rights and interests. DuckIP is not liable for your illegal or breaching conduct when using DuckIP services.
6.4. In some cases, to help you use DuckIP services more conveniently, DuckIP may display reference code or software. If such software is third-party open-source software, you shall comply with the relevant third-party open-source requirements. Based on the instructions on the relevant display page, such software may allow downloading or secondary development. You understand and undertake that the intellectual property rights in such code belong to DuckIP or the relevant rights holders. You shall clearly identify the rights holder when using it, and DuckIP is not responsible for whether you can use such code or software or for the work and consequences of using it.
VII. Force Majeure and Accidents
DuckIP's website may be unable to operate normally due to the following force majeure or unexpected events, and DuckIP shall not be liable for damages:
7.1. Natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, government actions, judicial or administrative orders, or other force majeure events;
7.2. Public service factors such as power supply failures or communication network failures;
7.3. Short-term system maintenance by DuckIP after prior announcement or notice.
VIII. Delivery of Notices
1. You understand and agree that DuckIP may send notices to you by one or more methods including website announcements, email, site messages, SMS, phone calls, system messages, and instant messaging, and DuckIP may rely on the contact information you provide as complete, accurate, and currently valid. Such notices are deemed delivered once successfully sent.
2. Unless otherwise agreed in these Service Terms or in a separate agreement between DuckIP and you, notices you send to DuckIP shall be delivered through the contact information officially published by DuckIP, such as mailing address, fax number, or email address.
IX. Privacy Policy
Your trust is very important to DuckIP. We understand the importance of user information security, and DuckIP will take security protection measures in accordance with laws and regulations to keep your user information secure and controllable.
When you register, log in to, or use DuckIP products and/or services, you agree that DuckIP may collect, use, share, disclose, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the DuckIP platform. Please carefully read and fully understand the full Privacy Policy before registering, logging in, using DuckIP products and/or services, or clicking to agree to this Agreement.
If you register, log in to, or use DuckIP products and/or services, or click to agree to this Agreement, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to the entire Privacy Policy.
X. Intellectual Property
1. DuckIP, including but not limited to the DuckIP website and DuckIP desktop or mobile applications, is developed and operated by DuckIP. DuckIP owns all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents (if any), trademarks (if any), and other rights in the corresponding software, source code programs, materials, and information. DuckIP has the right to modify, copy, and distribute DuckIP. DuckIP only grants you a right to use it, and neither you nor anyone else may infringe DuckIP's intellectual property rights in any way without permission from DuckIP.
2. Materials and information published in this product, including text, charts, logos, button icons, images, sound clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of DuckIP or its content providers and are protected by Chinese and international copyright laws. All compilations of content on this product are the exclusive property of DuckIP and are protected by Chinese and international copyright laws. All software on this product is the property of DuckIP, its affiliates, or its software suppliers and is protected by Chinese and international copyright laws.
3. Without prior written consent from DuckIP, you may not implement, use, transfer, or authorize any third party to implement, use, or transfer the above intellectual property for any profit-making or non-profit purpose.
XI. Miscellaneous
1. The validity, interpretation, modification, execution, and dispute resolution of these Service Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute arises regarding the content or execution of this Agreement, both parties shall try to resolve it through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people's court at the location of Shanghai Shuhong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd..
2. To the maximum extent permitted by relevant laws and regulations, DuckIP reserves the right of final interpretation of this Agreement.
